Our companies is looking for Office Administrator.
Working hours 8:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (lunch break 13:00 – 14:00)
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
- Opening, sorting & distributing incoming mail.
- Coordinating office supplies and stationary.
- Answering and forwarding incoming telephone calls and taking messages.
- Assisting with related duties (e.g. scanning, photocopying, faxing etc.)
- Providing secretarial support on a daily basis.
- Assisting with paperwork / applications preparation for government organizations
Experience, Skills and Requirements:
- At least 1 year work experience in a similar position.
- Computer Literate (Windows environment, MS Office Application, etc.).
- Able to operate office equipment such as copy machines, multi-line phones, fax machines, etc.
- Very good verbal and written Greek and English communication skills.
- Strong personality, responsible, attentive to details, accurate, positive and supportive.
